Haroun Iqbal solo
Haroun Iqbal is a Belgian guitarist and composer with a diverse musical background in jazz, classical music, and the Indian Raga tradition. In 2019, he was introduced to the rich classical music of West Africa, influenced by masters like Ballaké Sissoko and Toumani Diabaté. His collaboration with the Senegalese kora player Bao Sisokko led to an intensive musical exploration.
In his solo concerts, Haroun performs compositions from the oral griot tradition, Kora music, and his own works, in which he tastefully combines these influences with his unique guitar style. His ability to weave together different styles brought him to the attention of Klara, who selected him for De Twintigers in 2025.

K L A N G collective - Dowlndrake (Official CD-Release)
Soprano Annelies Van Gramberen and musical jack-of-all-trades Sim Van Thienen bring their individual fields of work into dialogue in this unique collaboration.
D O W L N D R A K E is an adventurous musical journey that leads the audience to wander down dark paths to the obscure places of the human soul.
Despite the four centuries that separate them, John Dowland (1563-1626) and Nick Drake (1948-1974) show striking similarities.
The songs of these 'knights of melancholy' form the basis for a haunting musical trip.
Vocal and instrumental loops, electronics, and an arsenal of guitars create a multi-layered soundscape against which Annelies brings the songs to life with her pure voice. The contrast between the electronics and the organic quality of the classical singing voice creates a refreshing and surprisingly sonorous whole.
